Beautiful property located near all services. Area with mature trees on a very quiet street. Parking for four cars. Open concept house. Living room with 11 ft ceiling with a large window and a fireplace. Kitchen with shaker style cabinets up to the ceiling with a lot of storage. Beautiful renovated bathroom with a independent shower, quartz countertop. Nice family room in the basement with a great dimension. Two storage rooms. Wall mounted air conditioning on the first floor.
