Comfortable and spacious condo located in a peaceful neighborhood. Nice park with new tennis courts close by (3 minutes walk). The condo is in a triplex. Easy access for kids. Two private parking spot. The condo has 3 bedrooms with french doors. Windows on four sides. Lots of brightness! Lots of storage space. Two larges balconies (front and back) and a private shed in the backyard. Superior construction, luxury ogees & trims. Gas fireplace, air conditioning and air exchanger.
