Beautiful 2 storey single family home in Boisbriand (1950 sqft living area and 6440 sqft land), located near Faubourg Boisbriand. Nearby highway 15-13-640, schools, parks, arena and public transit.
Garage for 1 car and 4 car driveway at the front of the house.
Very big first floor with living room, family room and kitchen
(renovated with wood cabinets and granite table), dining
room and big deck.
3 big bedrooms on the 2nd floor + 2 bedrooms in the finished
basement with a big family room and washroom.
Above ground pool (3 years old) 21' on 6440sqft land.
All the windows and doors were changed last year and
garage door in march 2012. Lots of renovations. Roof
changed in December 2005.
