Très peu de condo vous en offre autant pour le prix. Près de la 640 et gare Deux-Montagnes à 5 min de marche. Secteur de choix. Centre commercial tout près avec différents commerces tels que très grand dépanneur en face du condo, Maxi, Métro, super C, SAQ, Pharmaprix, Uniprix, etc. aréna, piste cyclable, cinéma, tout y est. Nous sommes à 15 mn du magnifique parc d'Oka et de sa superbe plage de sable fin, très intéressant pour les journées de grande chaleur que nous avons de plus en plus souvent !
Hall d'entrée de bonne dimension donnant sur le grand salon ouvert avec la salle à manger, à noter qu'il y a une fenêtre supplémentaire dans la salle à manger ce qui donne encore plus de luminosité à l'ensemble. Beau foyer au gaz(qui a été très apprécié lors de la panne d'électricité que nous avons eu dernièrement) pour les soirées fraîches qui donne du cachet à la pièce. Le soleil entre à profusion. Les armoires de cuisine sont de mélamine grain de bois blanc, très propres et nombreuses. Salle de bain impeccable avec bain podium et douche séparée, grand comptoir, plancher de céramique, 2 chambres de bonnes dimensions, porte-patio salon et chambre à coucher avec balcons avant et arrière. Grand rangement avec tablettes.
