DESCRIPTION: Very nice house in Deux-Montagnes, located on a crescent street, just 5 minutes from Laval including pool and large back porch with benches. Several additions and renovation were done recently. Big bathroom with bath and separated shower. You will find lots of storage spaces with large walk in closet in every room. Very private backyard with big trees, 12-foot hedges and 6-foot fence.
RENOVATIONS: New flooring and new painting job - pool addition (2012). The entire basement has been done - 6 ft fence (2013) - Enlargement of the balcony - shed (2014). New kitchen counter and backsplash-faucet (double) and new plumbing job (2015)
