Beautiful 3 season cottage only 50 minutes from Montreal, ideal for relaxing with family or couples. Very well maintained.

Site with a private road maintained by the residents and therefore, the cottage is away from Cambria Road for even more tranquility.

New conservatory built in 2016. The finish was done with the beautiful pine trees on the ground. Fabulous 2 acres lot with century old pine trees. Beautiful stream flowing behind the cottage.

The place is arranged for children. Swings, tree house and trampoline. Several trails on the ground in addition to the private road.

Floors redone in 2012. Exterior and windows, all in wood, were stripped and repainted in 2013-2014. The bathroom and plumbing were redone in 2015.

Water of a very high quality.

Come and enjoy your summers in the countryside at little cost.
