Beautiful wooded lot located on high ground in Domaine du Lac Roger, in the Township of Gore.  Gore, like most local communities in the Laurentians, is a resort community. 10 minutes from Route 329 and 20 minutes from Rue Principale in Lachute.  About 40 minutes from St-Jérôme Regional Hospital. Approx. 30 minutes from Autoroute 50. Lot located at the beginning of a roundabout.  Rue Hazlett-Hicks is a cul-de-sac.

Connection work paid for (electricity, telephone) on Domaine.

Very peaceful, with internal regulations to be respected (Association des propriétaires du Domaine du Lac Roger).  No vehicular traffic other than residents and visitors.

Access to Lac Roger via rue Cambria.  Winter and summer hiking trails around the Domaine.
