Open concept first floor with three-face gas fireplace dividing the living room and dining room. Powder room on the first floor. Plenty of windows allowing an abundance of light. Great view of the ski slopes from the living room. Large front balcony facing the ski slopes; second intimate balcony at the back of the house with a view of the woods.

On the second floor, the house has three bedrooms with hardwood floors. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a patio door leading to a small balcony with views of the ski slopes lit at night during the winter months. A very large bathroom with a door leading to the master bedroom with a podium bath and independent shower. The second floor also has two other good size bedrooms.

The basement/garage level has been finished in 2018 with Ogee moldings, recess lighting, and floating floors.
