New picture! Beautiful Semi-detached home! Municipal tax only 2300 $ for the 2 services ! Built by Dube Lavoie with magnificent views of Mount Avila ski slopes. Quiet neighborhood, no backyard neighbors, walking distance to St-Sauveur with its great restaurants and shopping.
Open concept first floor with three-face gas fireplace dividing the living room and dining room. Powder room on the first floor. Plenty of windows allowing an abundance of light. Great view of the ski slopes from the living room. Large front balcony facing the ski slopes; second intimate balcony at the back of the house with a view of the woods.
On the second floor, the house has three bedrooms with hardwood floors.
