AFFORDABLE WATERFRONT
This beautiful cottage is located in a privileged area of St-Adolphe-d'Howard, in the Morgan Reserve. This rustic-style Viceroy Niagara cottage is located on a half-acre wooded lot with preserved Laurentian vegetation.
This cottage has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, an open dining room, and two living rooms. They have huge bay windows. Since the chalet is high, the view of the lake from the living room is spectacular.
The house is on the edge of a navigable lake, Lake St. Marie, which communicates with Lake St. Joseph. The wharf was redone in 2019 with city permit. Possibility to put a boat up to 20 feet at the dock. Also, a private beach is also present on the property. This makes the aquatic activities more varied. Also, the orientation of the property, the cottage as well as the lakeshore, is facing south. This makes the brightness and the heat of the sun very pleasant both summer and winter.
Located 5 minutes from the village, the cottage is close to many municipal services: landing boats, boat rentals, hiking trails, snowshoe trails and cross-country skiing, ski slopes, municipal camping, municipal beaches, town hall, public square for all St-Adolphe activities, playgrounds, etc.
