Superb house completely renovated in 2010 (add-on of 700 sq. ft. on 2 floors + 350 sq. ft. in the basement with a MAIBEC coating is located on a large property, part of which is wooded and the rest landscaped in several gardens. In addition to the main residence, the property includes a heated garage, a heated above ground pool, a 600 sq. ft. deck., a relaxation pavilion (3 seasons) a garden shed and a shed for firewood. There is no neighbor in the back. In addition Saint-Adolphe is a municipality where the beaches are free and the nearest is within 300m. For the winter cross-country ski runs and downhill skiing are in the village itself.
