Owners’ comments
Walking distance from the Académie Lafontaine. Completely private backyard.
Hedges and the ground level is higher than the back neighbour (we only see his roof). Small shed behind the hedges (included). Large double driveway for 4 cars.
The side of the garage is cobble stone and can accommodate another car, trailer or boat.
Master bedroom upstairs with walk-in closet. Completely renovated bathroom (2017) with open shower, clawfoot bath and heated floor. Two other bedrooms with wood floor and a small office area complete the upstairs. A wall air conditioner cools the entire house.
On the ground floor there is a French door entrance on tiles, a small living room with gas fireplace, and the 55" TV and sound system integrated in the wall (TV & speakers are included).
The kitchen has full height cabinets and the countertops were changed last year when the 2 zone wine cellar was installed.
