Large and sunny bungalow designed for a family ! 4 spacious rooms with large wardrobes (1 in the basement). Located at 3 minutes of the Highway and of all the shops. Private land of 16,900 square feet with a mature cedars hedge (more than 8 feet) with a pool and a deck. Bus at the corner of the street bringing you at the commuter train (Saint-Jérôme / Montréal line), Cegep, University, public market.
Open concept with a lot of windows. Sun coming in from the living room in the morning, then in the dining room and kitchen all day long. Kitchen with a 6 feet island with a lot of cabinets and long counters. In the basement, large room used as a home theater. Family room with a lot of spaces for toys and kids to play. Wood burning stove (Pacific Energy) at the end of the room. Practical workshop with shelves and cabinets. Additional room for storage that gives access to shelves under the stairs.
Quiet street (dead-end) in a family neighborhood. Fruit trees in front of the house and a lot of perennials. Sunny backyard with a pool, deck, sandbox, open space to play, shed and gardens (strawberries, herbs and vegetables). The end of the lot is woody with leafy and pines.
