Very nice modern and recently built city house year 2003 with garage, beautiful living room, good size kitchen and dining room, 2 nice bedrooms on the 2nd floor with an extra 3rd possible room in the basement, garage, nice bathroom and washing room on each floor, long driveway, and nice backyard. Very quiet and safe area!
*** The house has been completely re-painted in modern colors and new carpeting has been installed in the masters bedroom and the wood flooring is also brand new in the dinning room. The patio sun-deck has been re-stained completely, the driveway as been completely newly asphalted and the small roof shingles have all been changed for new ones so the small roof is all new.
So all chores have been done! It is a real walk-in!
The house has a nice newly stained patio-sundeck in the backyard and is fenced all around.
The house is near the Saint-Jerome train station of the AMT, shopping center, Saint-Jerome hospital, schools, park, and the Highway 15 and 117 routes are all close by.
