Nice waterfront house, sandy beach.

Situated on the Lake-Two-Mountains shore, the house is located well above flood level. The bottom of the lake is slow sloping, well suited for swimming and navigation with small boats.

The main house is a very well built Maison Laprise house certified Novo-climate for an improved energy saver. It includes a 4 seasons veranda. The abundant windows which gives much light includes 3 patio doors opening on a long deck. The bedroom on the first floor, opening on the deck, could become an office.There are storage spaces on each of the three levels, including the basement, as well as under the veranda. The basement has an independant door and could be transformed into a bachelor.

There is a heat pump/air conditioner. A slow burning stove is in the basement. The 16' X 20' garage is insulated, heated and access the basement via two doors. It includes workbench, shelving, wash basin and room for a car.

The land slopes down from the road to the lake where a sandy beach 91 ft wide borders the lake. The North-West limit is bordered by a creek, a part of it is within a corrugated pipe. A combination of mature trees, grass and cultivated perennial plants covers the sloping land. Two sides are partly delimited by a long row of cedar trees and fences.
