Owners’ comments
Mobile home located at the foot of Mont Habitant in the Domaine Havre des Monts in Saint-Sauveur. The house has a common area combining kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and an entrance hall very useful for storing skis or others. The heating is electric but the house also has a wood stove in the living room.
The house is sold with several pieces of furniture including the fridge, stove, dishwasher, central vacuum, sofa bed in the living room, and 2 beds and desks in both bedrooms (to be discussed).
A large 12' x 14' balcony with aluminum railing and 8' x 10' shed included. A double private parking space allowing four cars.
The house was completely renovated in 2007 including the roof, walls (vapor barrier, insulation, Gyproc), hardwood floors, Ogee, electricity, plumbing, kitchen cabinets, and exterior Canexel.
Hot water tank changed in December 2013.
Other renovations were carried out in 2017 including renovation of the bathroom (floor, vanity, paint).
The insulation of the crawl space (half of the house including the two bedrooms and bathroom was redone in 2019 as well along with the electrical entry (wire and main circuit breaker). The insulation is spray type.
