Nice condo, quiet neighbourhood, charming terrace in front (sun in PM) (BBQ with natural gas connection available). Back terrace, garden view with closed outdoor storage (sun AM).
Inside condo, open area, caramel wood floors, natural gas fireplace, large windows, heated floor in the bathroom, carpets in the bedrooms, wires in the walls ready for electronics and for the central vacuum.
INCLUSIVE: curtains, dishwasher, patio set, possibility of some furniture if desired: wall bed, cupboard, leather sofa in living room...
