Large mountain house providing a warm and well thought inside. Crossing two dead-end roads, the two acres property leans against the eastern summit of Val-David/Val-Morin Regional Park, and there are no close neighbours: great privacy.
Favoured location for any outdoors lovers.
We live here permanently since the house was built in 2011, but I am sure it would perfectly suit as second home.
Our 240' deep well gives the best water you can drink without any kind of treatment..
