Located on the shore of Lac Raymond (not navigable) in Val-Morin, with a fantastic view of the lake, the river, and the mountains, this cottage will allow you to practice a wide range of activities in summer (swimming, kayaking, paddleboard, pedal boat, hiking, fishing) or winter (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating or climbing, etc.) or, to just relax on the dock or in front of the fireplace!
The chalet is 2 steps from the famous linear park Le P'tit train du Nord and just a few minutes from many mountains of Alpine skiing and the Far Hills center.
Habitable all year round, it is sold furnished and turnkey. It offers 2 closed bedrooms with a double bed as well as 2 beds on the mezzanine, a functional kitchen, and a living room with a slow-combustion wood fireplace.
A large dock, 2 kayaks, and a pedal boat are included in the sale.
Cogeco's high-speed internet is available since 2018.
The chalet is part of a group of chalets that once formed the Tyrolean Valley, which has now become an association of owners that manages, among other things, the drinking water system (just upgraded), maintenance of the communal swimming pool, and snow removal in winter. Adhesion to the association of owners is mandatory. The annual cost is currently $1200.
