Nice spacious 5 1/2 condo in the Villas du Parc for immediate occupancy. Construction 2012 as new because the owner travels constantly. Inhabited only by a non-smoking owner. Modern kitchen with quartz counter, master bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom with ceramic shower with glass panels. Many extras such as modern mouldings and doors, on-ramp stairs of stainless steel and dyed wood, central vacuum, A/C, etc.
Independent entrance, 1 parking space in the garage with storage + 1 outdoor parking space. Large balcony with a locker. No neighbours above as well as behind. Very sunny condo. Rear view on the landscaped park of the project.
