Ideal situation! Project La Marquise phase 3. This tower offers the amenities of a 5-star hotel. The 1408 is a corner unit located on the 14th floor with balcony on two facades. Preferred orientation without any buildings in front.

Located in downtown Laval, close to the main highways and 10 minutes from the commuter train and the Montmorency metro. Also near Centropolis and Carrefour Laval. It's all there.

An impressive outdoor rooftop pool with a large adjoining terrace. A gym on the 16th floor complete with a space dedicated to the practice of yoga plus a sauna.

An urban chalet on the 16th floor also with lounge area, fireplace, bar and dining room. The view is breathtaking.

A large, furnished and luxurious entrance hall to welcome your guests.

Two parking spaces, one in the garage and one outside.

The condo has large full height windows providing an abundance of natural light. 9 ft ceilings. Very soundproof. The master bedroom with walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. Second bedroom with a very good size. Second full bathroom with tub / shower. Designer kitchen with very large island and quartz countertop. Lots of black / matte color kitchen cabinets. Oak engineered wood flooring throughout.

Many recessed lights were added as an extra during construction.
