Beautiful semi-detached house in a very nice neighborhood with 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom completely renovated, the kitchen on the first floor is also completely renovated and the powder room is as well. new paint, a brand new wall unit with heat and air conditioning, new windows, 10-year roof but did a Nanofiber coat just last summer with a guarantee for 15 years. Finished basement with a bathroom and a  slow-burning wood stove (fireplace). Also, a central vacuum. Attic just been isolated December 2023
