Large balcony, plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. 

2 outdoor parking spaces. During winter, enjoy the charm of the modern propane gas fireplace and in summertime the in-ground pool and BBQ area.

 

Located in a prime location, close to a park and a bike pathway. There is also a bus stop around the corner (1 min walk) that brings you to the Montmorency metro.
