Brand new water heater tank , rented with Hydro-solution,just been changed February 2020. Also a lovely terrace made of bricks and concrete, very private with a storage room too. A very nice independant heated garage with an epoxy floor, a garage door opener and a storage area. No warranty offered on equipments included in the sale. The schools and bike path are close by.
