Duvernay shopping center at 5 minutes by car, with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, banks, public library, liquor store, gourmet boutique...). Bus stop on the corner, 10 minutes from the metro.
Ideal for a 1st home (young families with children, couples, retirees or single person looking for easy maintenance). Same owner since 1979. Not so much in the district at this price. Flexible possibilities to take possession of the house.
