Pour la 3e fois consécutive, j'ai pu atteindre mes objectifs de vente grâce au service et produits DuProprio. L'acheteur s'est manifesté dès la première semaine de mise en vente et le processus s'est déroulé sans aucun problème. Le prix de vente de la maison a été validé par un évaluateur confirmant ainsi le juste prix pour l'acheteur et la juste valeur pour moi, le vendeur. Les quelques heures investies, de l'appel initial à DuProprio à la conclusion de la vente, ne valaient en rien les quelques 21000$ que j'aurais dû débourser à un intermédiaire qui n'aurait ajouté absolument aucune valeur à la transaction pour qui que ce soit sauf pour ses propres intérêts, bien entendu. La relation amicale développée avec l'acheteur aurait aussi été sacrifiée et remplacée par un échange distant et superficiel.
