This is the perfect home for a young couple or a small family!
The house is located in a quiet and family friendly neighbourhood and near all amenities (primary school, secondary school, parks, bike path, shopping center, grocery, tennis court, arena etc.).
Everything is easily accessible by major roads, Highway 440, 640, 13, 15 and 50 are just minutes away from your door.
There are no rear neighbors, you will find a wooded area. Ideal for privacy when swimming or for entertaining guests on the terrace.
- Back patio was repainted in 2016.
