Owners’ comments
Pretty bungalow located on a street corner, close to all the major services, within 10 minutes walking distance from the Cartier subway station, with the Léon-Guilbault elementary school and the Mont-de-Lasalle college nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and offers numerous benefits, such as 2 big parks with public pools, an indoor skating arena and a freshly constructed refrigerated skating rink, a big park with a beautiful bike path and quiet wooded areas, close to Rivière-des-Prairies and with an access point to Quebec's Route Verte.
The house itself is a brick construction and offers 4 bedrooms (3 on the first floor + 1 in the basement) and a freshly renovated small office room which could easily be converted into a room if needed. There is ample storage room, including a cedar closet in the basement. All the windows on the first floor (as well as the patio door) have been replaced in late 2014 and the roof was redone in 2015, so there are no major works to expect in the short term.
