Amazing river side land naviguable , the most beautiful land in Laval. 21,000 square feet land, 100 feet land facing the river Des Prairies on a quiet island. The house is sited behind the 100 years line.
Municipal evaluation is 613 000$. The back-yard is delimited by mature cedar hedges 8 feet high and facing the river. A 10 feet high wall taking you to the river via stairs .
The House has 21 windows, 5 patio doors, 4 entries doors and 5 balconnies. The house is oriented full south and you will enjoy having the mature trees giving shadow in summer time and letting sun warm you up during winter time.No neighbors on the other side of the river.
