Location, location, location. This enhanced model is located on a quiet street, on a corner lot facing a park, close to highway 13 and all amenities. Near Mega-centre Notre-Dame (3-minute drive) and Carrefour Laval (13-minute drive). It offers an open concept and nice living spaces with lots of natural and LED lighting. 3 full bathrooms and 1 upgraded powder room, a large and completely renovated kitchen with wood cabinets and quartz counters and vast storage spaces.
