An assured crush! Magnificent large 3 bedroom condo, very bright with abundant windows on 3 sides with a south facade.
Located on the 3rd floor (nobody above) with private entrance. Ceramic steps and landings.
Open concept spaces (kitchen, dining room, and living room). Very clean. Quiet condo with superior soundproofing.
KITCHEN: With ceramic floor, lots of storage with cupboards up to the ceiling. Central bistro island with double sink and MOEN faucet. Natural gas outlet or electrical outlet for the stove. French window opening onto the large terrace.
