Owners’ comments
Bungalow completely renovated in 2011-2012 Addition of an inter-generational 3 ½ apartment on the main floor. Large window at the front and patio door in the bedroom at the rear. Includes room, full kitchen, full bathroom with heated ceramic floor (36 x 48 inches - shower) and living-dining room. Space for washer and dryer. Lots of storage. High quality material, o'gees. Decorated in the style of the day.
Private area in the back yard with patio and swing.
Main entrance to the house is shared by the 2 units but interiors are independent and have private access.
Roof, windows, doors, electric furnace and heat pump (2013) and insulation in most of the house rebuilt in 2011-2012 Landscaping at the front in 2013. Below the backyard patio-gallery there is a large storage on concrete slab (14x14 ft approx.).
