Parfait pour les amoureux de plein air, le chalet est situé sur une rue sans issue, dans un endroit paisible sur un terrain boisé, borné au lac, un environnement naturel dont le premier voisin sur le côté sud est à plus de 200 pieds.
Du côté sud-ouest situé à moins de 100 pieds du chalet, vous avez plus de 180 pieds de bande riveraine, une vue panoramique avec quai en aluminium et en planches de cèdre.
Le terrain est au bord d'un lac navigable de trois kilomètres de long avec un total de 26 villégiateurs tout autour. Les principales activités nautiques sont le kayak, le canot, le pédalo, la planche à pagaie, la chaloupe et le ponton avec moteur.
