Two-storey house in the quiet and sought after area of Trois-Rivières West (Duvernay) with mature trees and landscaping.
A large functional kitchen with quartz countertops and cherry cabinets offer plenty of storage.
Three large bedrooms, including the master bedroom with walk-in, also offer plenty of storage space. The upstairs bathroom has two sinks and a therapeutic bath.
The exterior siding of the residence is 70% composed of brick, the rest is of steel. A central heat pump offers comfort in both summer and winter. From the basement, a steel door gives access to the back court as well as the shed with double steel doors.
The roof was redone in 2014 and the front door changed in 2013. Sprinklers certified by the city allow to have a dense and green grass.
