Located in a beautiful quiet area and close to all services, the building houses 4 super beautiful condo-style apartments with each an independent entrance.

Very large in size, each unit is very comfortable and functional. There is even some extra in the finish. Decorative glass blocks, hardwood floors, ceramics, moldings and O'gees add a beautiful stamp.

Radiant heaters in each of the bathrooms. Two apartments have a wall-mounted air conditioning/heat pump unit. Water heaters are outsourced with Hydro Solution. The roofs of the main building and the shed were refurbished in 2020, so no hassle. A building that has been meticulously maintained.

The 4 dwellings are currently occupied, three of them since the beginning of construction by gold tenants. It should be noted that the cost of renting apartments could be revised upwards since prices are slightly below the current market price.
