Owners’ comments
Built in 2006 for its present owners, this pretty cottage is located on a crescent with little traffic, in a peaceful family neighborhood. The Éclusière elementary school, Stevens Park with its water games and tennis courts as well as the Tri-o-Lacs training centre are around the corner.
Directly adjacent to the Soulanges Canal, the wooded area next to the backyard allows direct access to the cycle path and a descent for kayaks in the summer, while preserving the privacy of the yard with its in-ground pool (salt system/gas water heater) and gazebo.
An expansion in 2013 allowed the addition of a master suite including walk-in closet and bathroom with heated floor. The property has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one 5th room in the basement (used presently as an office).
