Renovated building 2019, triplex with the design of townhouse.  Old section is from 1890 and renovated with an expansion in 2019-2020. The existing house is a 3 bedroom house (apartment 1) and the expansion is 2 bedrooms units under construction  (apartment 2 and 3 )and ready to occupy in summer 2020.  Very well located at 5 minutes walking distance to the public waterfront, grocery store, and pharmacy, Caisse Populaire, primary school, daycare, parc, and a nice canal path for bicycles or walking...  Very quick access to highway 20.

This property is ideal for the owner to occupy, very little monthly money to disburse with the revenues of the units.

Nice spacious private lot.
