First off LOW TAXES! Need I say more? Wait, no parquet or carpet either!
Exterior:
Fenced in backyard with lots of privacy and lots of sunshine, shed & gazebo included, above ground pool, grass and plants easy to maintain, large parking space (4 cars) + a single garage
Interior:
Lots of natural light, two big bay windows (living room & dining room), A/C, central vacuum, hardwood floors throughout main floor and floating wood in the basement, propane fireplace, French doors in master bedroom plus a walk-in closet (ladies, it's amazing!), washer-dryer on the main floor which is super practical, the additional rooms are quite large and you have lots of storage space throughout the house. Blinds and curtain poles included.
Neighbourhood:
Quiet and safe, right across from a bilingual primary school, fast access to highway 40, close to all amenities (a 2 minute drive to grocery, pharmacy restaurant etc.), bike path right in front of the house, neighbours are respectful and friendly, several parks in the vicinity and a few minutes walk away from the water!
