Modern condo with open space concept. Construction in 2011. Still under contractor's warranty until 2016. Condo fees less that 100$/month. Floors made of engineered wood, natural gas fireplace in the living room. Several add-ons: mural air conditioning, ceramic around the fireplace with mantel, back-splash in kitchen with crown mouldings (ogees) in every room. Large kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. Large walk-in closet in the main bedroom. Large bathroom with podium bathtub and separate shower. Washer/dryer room with more storage. Very large balcony 19x8f with a nice view of a parc and lots of sun during the day. Wiring ready for alarm installation. Storage shed in the back. Conveniently situated minutes from highways 20, 30, 40, train station, schools, several daycares within 3km, shopping centers, grocery stores and bike path.
