Beautiful multi-level home in a very popular area. Self-construction with a single owner. Renovated with taste and maintained in an impeccable way. No bad surprise with that house.
3 bedrooms with a possibility of a 4th in the basement. 2 full bathrooms.
Exterior facade completely redone last summer and the windows have all been changed as well.
Basement completely finished. Air exchanger, air conditioning, very low taxes and no neighbors back (wooded).
Close to Highway 40, 20 and 30. Access to all services and a variety of shops and restaurants.
Quiet neighborhood close to Lake Deux-Montagnes.
