Wonderful two storey building, bright and sunny, built in 2008, located in a new area of Maple Grove, quiet and family friendly. 3+1 bedrooms, basement entirely finished. Only 7 minutes to get to Autoroute 30, 10 minutes to Chateauguay and near daycare centers, schools, parks, public transportation, boat ramp and many more services.
