Bright six-room condo with two closed bedrooms and a spacious mezzanine that can accommodate an office and a bedroom. The open area of the kitchen, dining room, and living room is very bright with many large windows and the mezzanine is not left out with two skylights! Very well soundproofed construction!
The condo offers several storage spaces inside. Very functional kitchen where two people can cook, lots of cupboards, and a pantry. The two bedrooms have a large wardrobe each. The master bedroom is also very bright with its large window and French glass doors. The large mezzanine overlooks the living room. The patio door gives access to the large balcony at the front. Included two notarized parking lots at the rear and a shed. The vertical trustee of the condo has a well-managed contingency fund according to the new regulations with a good atmosphere between the co-owners. Snow removal and exterior maintenance are managed by the horizontal trustee.
Quiet and excellent neighborhood where life is good. A stone's throw from the multifunctional path (walking and cycling) and the Parc des Gouverneurs which offers play areas for children, three basketball courts, a synthetic soccer, baseball field and a picnic area. In winter, the municipality sets up slides and two ice rinks, one for hockey and a circle for skaters.
The municipal library and the Laurie-Ève-Cormier aquatic complex are 7 minutes by car and the Ice Center is only 11 minutes away. In summer, you can cool off at the Paul VI outdoor swimming pool, free for residents, which is 5 minutes away!
