This penthouse offers an exceptional panoramic view on the lake and park at proximity, and forms part of the prestigious Vincent d'Indy project.

The modern vestibule leads to the elevator, giving access to one of the four condo units located on the sixth floor of the tour. A heated double garage is located in the basement as well as a storage room. Exceptionally sound-insulation ensures tranquility and peace.

Among common commodities, the tour provides a large reception hall equiped with a full kitchen, a workshop tools and a DIY workshop, an office, a surveillance system by camera, a heated outdoor pool. Janitorial and management services are provided at all times. The condo is located close to numerous restaurants, services and boutiques, primary and secondary schools, cultural and sport centers.
