*** Fully renovated *** Superb multilevel house.
Rivière-aux-Pins is a quiet neighborhood, mature trees, close to parks, primary english school and all services. Situated nearly the autoroad, it is easy to easily access the city (5 minutes with tunel,15 minutes with the bridge) or by bus/metro (bus stop at 3 minutes ou or incitative parking at 5 minutes that brings direct access to Longueuil metro in 10 minutes).
The house is inside a curve of a street. This involves a huge 13000pc backyard with high trees, stone patio, vegetable garden and fruity trees.
With wide open areas, the house is lightful and prganized on 4 levels :
- On the first level, 3 bedrooms and and renovated bathroom (2010);
- The main floor is composed of a warm hall, a living room et and a dining room around a fireplace. The kitchen is handy and renovated (2008);
- A few steps down, another living room can be organized as home cinema/playroom (renovated 2008), a 4th bedroom, and a bathroom (renovated after 2002);
- The basement was repainted in 2011, with a lot of storage units, a washing room (plumbing work in 2011), a wine cellar (2011), and a workshop;
- The garage, double lenght, allow to stock equipment during winter and offers a direct access to the basement.
Front yard and the parking (4 cars) were recreated in 2008 : asphalted parking, stone pavement path. Another parking behind the front fence allow to park a RV or a trailer
