Owners’ comments
Large family home with lots of light. Located in a quiet area, close to all services (near DIX30 ). Large backyard fitted with an intimate terrace. At least 3 parking spaces are available.
The roof was redone in 2015, the heating system and water heater (gas) were replaced in 2016. The front door, the B-window of the living room and the window of the dining room have been replaced in July, 2016 (guarantees and bills available for all these items).
A space in the basement was converted into an office for self-employed. It can also be used as a bedroom for your teen.
