Two bedrooms, one with a very large walk-in closet! Nice open concept living space overlooking the living room, the dining room and a modern kitchen.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood, 5 minutes walk from Terminus Chevrier and less than 10 minutes by car from the REM (the new electric train that takes you directly to downtown Montreal). Bus 38 in front of the building also leading to downtown Montreal.

Less than 10 minutes by car from many points of interest: DIX30 shopping center, restaurants, Adonis, IGA, Maxi, bike path, cinema, sports center, daycares and schools (new primary school in the neighborhood).
