Beautiful bright modern open concept condo. Spacious 2019 property of 1,100 square feet on the 1st level of the building. Located in Les Portes de Londres. Large open area for the dining room, living room, and kitchen. A coffee area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and lots of cabinets and storage. Ceramic floor everywhere except for the 2 bedrooms which are engineered floors. Storage space within the condo unit and 3 outdoor parking spaces. Dimensions of the different rooms come from the contractor plan, therefore close to reality but approximative.
Calm and silent environment thanks to the configuration of the buildings and the noise barrier of Highway 30. Access to the outdoor swimming pool. This condo is still under warranty until 2024.
