5 minutes from Quartier DIX30. Splendid property, O Subdivision in Brossard. First owners. Superb backyard with above-ground pool, gazebo and deck made of interlocking stones, fence and cedar hedges. Walking distance to a park, grocery store, drugstore, restaurants, dentist and bank. The ground floor includes a living room with an open-plan layout and a second relaxation area with a wood fireplace. The house is carpet free. Oak flooring on the main floor. 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a walk-in closet in the masters and a large bathroom with podium bath and separate shower stall. The basement includes a living room with a home theater setup and a fourth bedroom fitted as a home gym. A workshop space combined to a spacious storage area is available for various projects and repairs. The basement bathroom is functional with a ceramic shower stall.
