Situated within 3 minutes walk from Chevrier parking (direct bus services to downtown Montreal) and a 3 minute drive from the DIX30 district (15 minutes walk). Near all services (gym, training center for the Montreal Canadiens, Adonis market, several grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.) and highways 10 and 30.
