Beautiful townhouse, end unit. Abundant windows allowing extraordinary luminosity throughout the house. Situated within 3 minutes walk from Chevrier parking (direct bus services to downtown Montreal) and a 3 minute drive from the DIX30 district (15 minutes walk). Near all services (gym, training center for the Montreal Canadiens, Adonis market, several grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.) and highways 10 and 30.
Ground floor: very sunny and open space. Large family room with triple patio door, 12-foot ceiling and fireplace. Kitchen and dinning room in mezzanine with French doors and balcony at the front of the house. Spacious kitchen, abondant storage and large counter tops maximizing work surfaces. Powder room with laundry room.
